Mechanical

  • The machines are mechanically robust. This means they are also suitable for larger vehicles, such as crawler cranes or larger wheel loaders, without unexpected damage.
  • A universal mechanical coupling is provided using two flat, bolt-on welding plates (included). These plates have slotted holes and can be mounted to the machine with 5 cm spacing. Customers can equip these plates with their own vehicle-specific hooks.
  • A mounting frame for mobile cranes is available as an option. For CW10 and smaller cranes, for example, this frame is often not necessary, and standard weld-on (pallet) hooks can be used.
  • Optimal mechanical protection of vulnerable parts such as cylinders, hoses, sensors, hinge points, and similar components.

Hydraulic

  • The BTD machines are equipped with a hydraulic BTD manifold. The major advantage of this is that all functionality is integrated into a single housing. This simplicity reduces all hydraulic connections to a minimum for optimal operational reliability and energy losses. This means a single, protected hydraulic manifold, eliminating the need for loose (unprotected) valves around the machine.
  • This hydraulic BTD manifold is equipped as standard with an integrated maximum flow and pressure limiter. No additional equipment is required on the vehicle side. This ensures vehicle independence and prevents damage to the hydraulic system at all times. This also guarantees optimal machine operation.
  • Thanks to the sophisticated hydraulic BTD manifold, the machine operates independently of oil temperature.
  • All hydraulic components are oversized (cylinders are suitable for 320 bar) to ensure trouble-free operation under peak pressures and with age.

Electrical

The machines are electrically designed to be simple and safe, with optimal mechanical protection of all components.

  • Wireless control: cigarette lighter plug (12Vdc, 24Vdc optional) secured with adhesive magnet

  • Control box: 3-pin connector (12Vdc/10A, 24Vdc optional)

  • No wiring required between the control (from the cabin) and the machine

  • Optimal protection of all control components
