CONSTRUCTION

  • Suitable for up to 20 tons of splitting force
  • Trunk pick-up and processing suitable for bent logs
  • Extremely strong, wide clamp construction that also allows curved trunks to be fixed on the press table. Optimal clamping prevents lateral forces on the saw blade during sawing. Straight sawn logs mean a straight, problem-free passage during splitting.
  • Press table with large guide surface and optimal pressure point position to prevent wear
  • No vulnerable mechanical or hydraulic parts in the free area of ​​the machine
  • Fixed saw unit on the machine. This means no rotating saw unit or moving hoses. This prevents movement wear on hinge points and hoses.

  • Automatic economical chain lubrication integrated in the housing of the saw unit (metered lubrication via port channel in the guide groove of the saw blade)
  • Twisting and lubricating the chain is only done during downward movement (sparingly)

  • The hydraulic splitting blade adjustment (PROplus) is fully protected and integrated into the construction. For this adjustment, NO protruding vulnerable moving parts are present at the bottom of the main construction profile.
  • Splitting knives are optimally constructed and assembled by means of a scissoring and stepped arrangement of the side knives compared to the vertical main knife (up to 4 steps). The results in a strong reduction of the required force gap and force play.
  • The splitting knife follows the wood grain in the vertical direction during the splitting process by means of cylinder buffering (PROplus)
  • The splitting knives are made of Hardox 450 with the side knives (4-6-8 fold) having a robust thickness of 15 mm.

  • A special anti-tipping stop is supplied as standard to ensure operation with short cutting lengths (short pieces fall straight down into the splitting space)
  • No maintenance (no wear parts) required on the machine, with the exception of the high-quality saw chain and saw blade (Harvester 0.404″).

MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/HYDRAULIC CONNECTION

  • A universal and well thought-out mechanical coupling using two flat boltable welding plates. These plates are equipped with slotted holes and can be mounted on the machine with pitch distances of 5 cm. Customers can attach their own vehicle-specific hooks to these plates.
  • An attachment frame for mobile diggers is available as an option. For example, for CW10 and smaller, this frame is often not necessary and standard weld-on (pallet) hooks can be used.
  • Machine is equipped with a hydraulic BTD-manifold (distributor). The big advantage of this is that all functionality is integrated in one housing. This simplicity reduces all hydraulic connections to a minimum for optimal operational reliability and energy losses. So one hydraulic Manifold is mounted protected and NO more loose (unprotected) valves are mounted around the machine.
  • This hydraulic BTD-Manifold (distributor) is standard equipped with an integrated maximum flow and pressure limitation. These devices are no longer needed on the vehicle side and prevent damage to the hydraulic system at all times. This also gives an optimal guaranteed operation of the machine
  • Electrical 12VDC/10A is required
  • All hydraulic components are over-dimensioned (cylinders are suitable for 320 bar) to ensure trouble-free operation at peak pressures and aging.

CONTROL/OPERATION/SAFETY
